Isaiah 43:7-Created to glorify God!

We had such a good lesson yesterday in our Tuesday morning Bible study.  Going over the week two homework in Beth Moore's Breaking Free we considered the question, "what does it mean that we were created to glorify God?" The main point Beth made was that God wants to make Himself recognizable to us and through us.  I am so blessed to be part of a community where God is working.  I see Him in the lives of the people who are members of our church and in the wonderful work that is going on in programs like World Vision, Living Water International, and Heifer International .

It is a privilege to join with some amazing compassionate, creative, and capable women in a new outreach through (in) courage where women are reaching out to connect with others who want to glorify God with their common gifts and interests.  What a sweet fragrance of life I sense as I read the comments of readers trying to find just the right community in their present season.
"But thanks be to God, who always leads us in triumphal procession in Christ, and through us spreads everywhere the fragrance of the knowledge of the love of him."  2 Corinthians 2:14

May God make himself known to others through you and may you be led to better know God through those around you! Would you like to be part of a community to help others recognize the work God is doing to make Himself known to us and through us? Leave a comment here with your desire to join us or "like" our community page on Facebook.. Write your story and let it be, in the words of Mother Theresa, one of God's love letters to the world!
